2. General information on data processing

• User Account & Registration: To use the Scum Online Admin Tool, a user account is required. Your name, address, and email address are stored for this purpose. This data is used exclusively for the provision and management of your user account.
• Project and Business Data: In the course of using the tool or when submitting support requests, project-related or server-related data may be processed (e.g., configuration files, server data, support tickets). The type and scope of data processing depend on the specific assignment or the users actions.
• Server Data and Configuration Files: The Admin Tool enables the upload and download of server and game files (such as log files and configuration files). The storage and deletion of this data are carried out exclusively at your instruction as the user.
• FTP Access Data: To use certain features of the Admin Tool (such as access to server files or log data), it is necessary to provide your game server's FTP access data (FTP server address, username, and, if applicable, password). This information is stored in encrypted form and used solely for automated connection and data transfer as part of the services provided. The data is not shared with third parties and can be changed or deleted by the user at any time.
• Payment data: For paid services, payment data may be processed via external payment providers (e.g. PayPal, Stripe). Processing is carried out in accordance with the provider's data privacy policy.
• Communication & support: When you contact us (e.g. by e-mail or support form), the data provided is stored to process your request.

4. Storage and deletion

Personal data is only stored as long as necessary for contract fulfillment or until you request deletion. You can delete stored data yourself at any time or ask us to delete it.
After deletion of your user account, all personal data will be deleted promptly, unless statutory retention periods apply.
Game Server IP Addresses and Email Addresses:
To protect against abuse and to ensure the proper use of the service, we store the IP address of your game server as well as the email address you have provided. These data are used exclusively for security checks and to prevent misuse of our services. The processing is based on our legitimate interest (Article 6 (1) (f) GDPR). The data will be stored only as long as necessary to fulfill this purpose and will be deleted thereafter.

5. Data transfer and hosting

No data is transferred to third parties, except for contractual purposes (e.g. payment processing) or legal obligations.
Hosting is provided in Germany by: Web-Service4U (IT-Service Reiko Kretzschmar), Germany.

6. Data transfer to third countries

Transfer to third countries does not generally take place, unless you use our services from a third country (e.g. outside the EU). In this case, transfer is based on legal exceptions (Art. 49 GDPR).

7. Rights of the data subject

You have the right to access your stored data, to rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, objection to processing, and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

8. Data security

We take appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data against loss, destruction, unauthorized access, alteration or disclosure.

9. Cookies & Tracking

No tracking takes place on this website and all associated subpages (e.g., scum.datasentra.de). When using certain functions (e.g., language selection on scum.datasentra.de), a technically necessary cookie is stored solely to save your language preference. When paying via PayPal, PayPal sets cookies that are technically necessary to securely and reliably process the payment. These cookies enable features such as authentication and security during the payment process. 10. Support Forum

We operate a closed support forum for communication and assistance with our users. Personal data such as username, email address, IP address, and communication content are stored and processed within this forum.

The processing is carried out for the purpose of handling support requests, providing assistance, and improving our services. The legal basis for this processing is Article 6(1)(b) and (f) of the GDPR.

The data will only be retained as long as necessary to fulfill these purposes or as required by legal retention obligations.
